We offer daily videos that will be delivered to your INBOX. They are 2 minutes long and like your own personal coach. Each day you will learn something new.
We offer My.Ideal Protein an online source just for you. You will have your own login. Here you can access more than 70 videos, watch cooking shows, and order your food online direct from our clinic. Food ordered online will be ready for pick-up. You will get information depending on the phase you are on.
